Good example I sent a email asking for them to call me they said they would in the afternoon well I waited and they never called, they called the next day and it wasn't even the lawyer it was the assistant and when I questioned it she told me that the lawyer just had her cal instead even though in the email I said I had a few questions which the assistant can not answer.
