What a hassle! However, the TRE reception staff were amazingly helpful. Mary Ann Stephens was especially helpful. After several phone call attempts that ended in failure, Mary Ann offered to walk down to the other office and speak with them personally. Wow! That kind of customer service doesn't happen much any more. My appointment was "old school". We chatted and got acquainted before I undressed for the comprehensive physical. I had a list of questions that I had been saving for my annual appointment. Dr. Kim answered the ones that applied to her expertise and at no point did I feel rushed. Dr. Kim was knowledgeable and patient, pointing out a couple of lifestyle changes I should make, along with discussing her specialty area. I have no idea why I had not heard about Dr. Kim and her staff prior to this, but this is truly a wonderful medical office.

I take health care reviews seriously. I had a great experience with all the doctors at Midwest women OB/GYN. My husband and I moved here when I was pregnant and I was really worried about finding a good obgyn. We had our first baby through this practice and all the doctors were extremely patient, understanding, and reviewed all of my concerns. They worked well with the high risk doctors and were always on top of my care and the baby's. I liked that there was only three doctors at the practice. Each doctor became familiar with your care and health history. They listened and respected my birth plan (which was important to me). Of course my delivery didn't go as planned (baby had their own plan and got stuck during labor) - I ultimately needed a c section. They have an app so you can see all of your visits and lab results when they come in. The doctors, nurses and staff are fast to get back to you if you call with question. Moreover, they are all so nice! They follow up after your appointment to check in to see how you are doing. They get to know you on a first name basis, which goes along way. I am very grateful to have found the practice. I would definitely recommend them!
