Pricing was very reasonable. Scheduling was easy - Adam came out to do our measurements on a Saturday which helped accommodate my work schedule. I had given him a general idea over the phone of what I was looking for and he brought many samples for me to choose from. He offered recommendations based on durable and ease to clean along with maintenance and warranty information (having a Golden Retriever and wanting light colored carpet, I wanted to make sure we were covered and the carpet cleaned up well!) We ultimately decided to go with the higher priced per square foot carpet which was still less then the other estimate we received from another company! The carpet installers were friendly, professional, did a perfect job - I honestly am not even sure they stopped for a break! Good points: The showroom staff was helpful and polite. The showroom is open on select evenings and Saturdays which was convenient. There were multiple hardwood flooring brands available on display making it easier to find the perfect color and style for my project. Scheduling a quote for the project was easy. A person visited my home within a week of me asking for the quote. The quote was available in a reasonable amount of time after the house was measured. The price quoted to me was comparable to other flooring companies I had researched. Financing was available through Wells Fargo bank. The process to get the financing was simple and only required me to fill out a short form. Bergey did the rest of the paperwork for the loan and then ordered the flooring once the money had been approved by the bank. The installers were knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my property and belongings. They were respectful of my neighbors waiting until 8am to begin their work which limited the amount of disturbance to others. Not so good points: Although the entire process was seamless, I felt like I did not always know what was happening at any given time. It would have been nice to have a bit more communication between Bergey and myself. At times, I needed to chase for information. In my opinion, I should not have to chase for information.
