If you don't want to or can't perform a job you provided a contract for, be honest and stop making…read moreexcuses or ignore the contract you created. A professional would never do that. My family and I were patient with your company for months listening to and believing all the excuses you gave for not showing up to start on our home. It makes sense why you would not take us up on providing any sort of payment up front. It's obvious now you were never going to do the job you frequently told us you were going to do in the first place. Before you respond with another excuse, let's go through all the previous excuses for not showing up you gave me & my family: 6/3-pain from a root canal procedure 6/20-didn't have paint samples available to show us 6/24-your uncle passed away (condolences) 7/5-claim of locked in on a couple of projects which delayed the start date of our home. THIS IS WHEN I STOPPED BELIEVING ANYTHING YOU SAID, BUT I PLAYED ALONG 7/6-you claimed you would start on our home on 7/23 7/21-you changed the start date to 7/29 due to rain 7/29-you said you were coming to start power wash the exterior. You never showed up. You claim it was because of kidney stones flaring up. 7/30-you came, walked around, & left. You never let us know you came. We saw you through our ring camera. We received a text later this day explaining you would need to scrape the exterior starting on 8/1. 8/1-you never showed up. 8/4- we spoke on the phone and you told me you were definitely going to start on our home on 8/12. 8/12-you never showed up. Once again... 8/13-you claim you car broke down and would start on 8/19. This is when you offered to cancel the contract. I said no let's keep the contract when I knew you were trying to back out. 8/19-again, no show... 8/20-you claimed two of your guys quit on you. You stated you could start a week later& once again you offered to cancel the contract. I answered no and would wait for you to start on our home. 8/31- you said you would start this week. Take a guess......you didn't show up 9/17- I asked you are you going to blowing us off again. You said no but you can't find anyone to help you & you don't have a ladder. I haven't heard from you since. I sent a couple of texts which you never responded to. Your company popped up on my Facebook feed today showing the work you completed around the same time you were giving me all these excuses you couldn't honor our contract so I felt compelled to air my frustrations with your company.

I ordered a chaise lounge in mid October 2025 I was given 5…read moredifferent delivery dates to only be called the night before or day of each delivery date saying it was not coming that day. Due to their conversion of a new computer system this is what caused the delay over and over again. It was in stock but they didn't know that I called the manufacturer and several other phone calls to see what the delay was. Long story short They shouldn't launch a new program prior to adequate training A customer shouldn't have to do all the footwork to find an answer. John the Mgr in Brick promised me the 4th delivery date which never happened. Doug the Mgr in monmouth junction warehouse and Julio in the Suferin ny warehouse were the ones that finally figured out the issue and finally got my piece sent to me. So thank you to the warehouse staff!

I have purchased well over $10,000 worth of merchandise within the past five years. Their customer service in the store is great. Their customer service when it comes to repairs delivery, etc- terrible. I have called the one 800 number five times today and got disconnected every single time. I was just waiting for a half hour on hold and got disconnected. They do not take care of their customers when it comes to warranties I have been doing nothing but calling them once a week for them to call me back on my mother's phone instead of calling me back on the phone number I provided. There is no email to get somebody to email you back. I just need to speak to a live person. Also I had one repair done a few months ago. The job is terrible. It was not the right color paint. It looks horrible now I'm supposed to exchange it, but they will only do the table and not the chairs. Meanwhile, they did the work on both the chairs and the table SO - do not buy the protection plan because it's more of a headache than just going out to buy another piece of furniture from a different department store. Do not buy furniture from them. Take advice from me put your money in a mom and pop shop because this is not it. They don't care about their customers and mark my words as a retail professional- we won't be seeing many Raymours in the future- this business will fail if this is the way they handle it.
