Just appalling. The cleaner arrived an hour too late after I had cancelled. I was told my £10…read moredeposit was non refundable. I then discovered a further £45 had been taken from my account. All comms have ceased as I've tried to get my money back and he has conveniently disappeared. Further action is being taken people but beware. + ADD A COMMENT
