I have personally visited their location three separate times during their posted hours of operation to ask questions about their workshops, and each time the door has been locked. What made this more frustrating is that there were no signs posted indicating holidays, special events, temporary closures, or when they would reopen. No notice on the door, no explanation--just locked up. As someone genuinely interested in learning more about their programs, it felt discouraging to make multiple trips with no information or communication available. I think this business has potential, but better communication would go a long way. Updating hours online, posting signage, or providing some form of notice would help customers avoid wasted trips and confusion. Hopefully this feedback helps improve the customer experience moving forward.

Our instructors (usually Jordan and Ben) are both so talented and good with kids - our boys not only enjoy learning and improving their skills, but also have fun... which has been critical in keeping them engaged. Because we're at the school a couple of days a week for both the private lessons and the Rock 101 band camps, I see a lot of other instructor-student interactions, and the energy is always so encouraging and positive... just really great role models. The manager and front desk staff are always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if you want to foster a love of music in your kiddos!

We're new to the 'Presto'/elementary chorus this year and it's been a very good experience for my daughter. Their overnight camp was fun and also gave her experience being away from home. Rehearsals are serious, and the instructors are very strict. They have limited time to get these kids into performing shape (and they do perform at a high level). Attendance is required at all rehearsals and events, and you can only miss 2 before there are "discussions" about whether this is the right activity for your child. It has to be the primary activity for your kid - ie if there are any conflicts, PCC should "win". Kids are expected to practice at home 10-20 min per day and memorize their music by a few weeks before the concert performance. It's definitely real music study. But SO worth it, in my opinion. I listened at the door to the kids singing Happy Birthday to another member of the choir and it was STUNNING. I had no idea kids could sing that well! They operate on a semester basis, from August - December and Jan - May, with a couple of major performances and a few smaller ones at sporting events or other local events. It is not cheap - fees, uniform costs, and event tickets add up, but it is a non-profit so you can be assured the money is going to a good cause. Financial aid is also available. Highly recommend if your kid is into singing and wants to learn how to perform.
