She took great care of me and was very detailed when prepping my nails, all while being personable yet professional. She truly cares about sanitation and even gave me the file she used at the end of my service. Her station was clean and organized. I asked Jon (the stylist) to bring life into my shoulder-length hair, that was at this point, a blunt dull drag. He added some bleach-free highlights or "lifts" and blended all of my layers back in. There was a time in my life when I had luxurious Victoria's Secret-esque layers...and I have had so many janky cuts over the past few years that I pretty much said goodbye to that style. Jon gave me a heavy trim, and evened things back out. He is from this island, however he has done hair in California for over a decade and done a wide variety of work, including male cuts.
