Pole building site was to low and would flood so when asked to fix he said only if you give me more money. New excavator is here fixing now.. Beach on pond did not pass the final walk through by the designer so he would only fix if we paid him more money. Beware this is just a very small part of our terrible experience.. Will share photos of your home site and when we asked him to take them down he refused.
