Rhinebeck Bank is mostly negative complaints from customers who have had accounts at Rhinebeck Bank, many customers wrote that Rhinebeck Bank is shady & dishonest. Some those revewers wrote that their involvement with Rhinebeck Bank was the worst experience the customers ever had with any financial company. I agree!! i had not searched for reviews of this terrible company before i was duped into letting MAX company savings account open this "Rhinebeck Bank savings account". i wish i had read revews of this bank & its slimy affiliat MAX company beforehand! Max Company gives all personal identification of "MAX Savings Account"s: your SS# & DL# & your phone# & your own bank's checking account routing #, to 6 shady slimy dishonest thieves calling themselves 6 "online savings banks" including this "savings bank" Rhinebeck. When i learned that, i immediately withrew all my money back out. Then i told Rhinebeck Bank verbally on phone then repeatedly in writing: "Close my Rhinebeck account, it is empty, Close it." But then Rhinebeck Bank repeatedly refused to close it, even tho my RHINEBECK BANK account has always been empty, no money in it. The employee(s) at Rhinebeck Bank instead
replied each time telling me to write to them (Rhinebeck employees) even more personal info about me, info needed for such thieves at Rhinebeck to steal my identity so to impersonate me to my real bank, so the thief could steal money from my real bank's checking account.
When Rhinebeck Bank "Customer Support" staff (thieves) refused to close my account despite the account having no money in it, & the "Customer Support" staff insted asked me to write more personal ID info, i wrote ti the current head of Rhinebeck Bank, CEO Mathew J. Smith, i pleaded to him in writing to stop them. The CEO Mathew J. Smith IGNORED IT, proving he Mathew Smith is too lazy, & that also implies he Mathew Smith is an enabler of those lazy dishonest Rhinebeck employees. read more
