Cataldi has provided me with two sessions and I come away feeling rejuvenated over 24 - 72 hours after procedures. I manage to go through seeing colors, images and feeling vibrations in an eyes-closed setting on a comfortable massage table. Reiki treatment isn't for everyone but it works for me. I've had both Reiki and Reflexology services with Paula and all I can say is wow - you need this in your life. Reiki is energy work for healing/ balance and Reflexology is part physical work/foot massage and part energy work. Reiki gave me incredible mental clarity, peace of mind, effortless concentration and focus, creativity out the wazoo plus an immense feeling of physical and emotional wellness and well-being. Reflexology seemed to diminish my allergy symptoms, made my feet and whole physical self feel terrific, plus continued some of the energy freeing/unblocking that Paula had started in Reiki.
