Well I had an awesome experience with all the personnel here at the clinic. I was even called to…read morelet me know the doctor was doing surgery the same day as our appointment if we can come in 2 hours later. Worked out perfect because it gave me extra time to get there. The receptionist, nurses and the entire team are super sweet. I loved the fact that the nurse Brenda is so calm and assuring. She was not rushing very peaceful and thorough. The doctor was very nice very professional and to the point. The doctor showed us the elbow x-ray no rheumatoid was present and without dismay he assured my husband that with just simple exercise with time the pain was going to be fine. The discharge nurse was so helpful too. She showed us the elbow bracelet and showed us how to use it very professional. The diagnose was not as scary as we thought it wold be it was just simple getting old pain.' Lol. I was very happy with the service a thumbs up for all at this clinic

Another stop to see Dr. Kiesler, the hand, wrist and elbow doctor! Yet another injury in my house…read more We skipped the emergency room and went right here. This facility is new. It's part of the outpatient section of Central DuPage Hospital. It looks very nice, the chairs are nice and cushy, but it is FREEZING in there! Bring a jacket. The paper robe in the offices don't cut it. I was desperate! We saw Dr. Kiesler for the last broken wrist as well as this one and really like how thorough he is in his explanations. We had a choice between a splint and a cast and my son openly admitted that he had to have a cast because he would take the splint off a lot. Rather than lecture on the subject, the doctor accepted it and moved on. The staff was very thorough with all the cast preparations including explaining to me that the waterproof option was not always covered by insurance. Its covered by my insurance, well at least for now. Dr. Kiesler put the cast on himself which I really appreciated. The parking can be confusing here. Park in lot 1 and then go in the outpatient building and up to the 5th floor. Don't forget that jacket!

The doctor's skill and knowledge gets a 5; his wait times, negative 3. I have been going to this…read moredoc since I moved to Naperville 24 years ago. He used to be efficient, but now it's a 3-4 month wait to get an appointment (even with a skin cancer concern), and once in the office, it is ALWAYS at LEAST a 1-2 hour ordeal. Expect to be called from the front waiting room about 35-40 minutes past your apointment time; once back in the exam room, expect to wait another 30-40 minutes. This never used to happen. But the past 5 years or so, it has happened on EVERY single appointment. This doctor clearly seems to think we have nothing to do other than wait on him. I run my own consulting business, and lost time is lost money. The last time I was in was the last straw. After waiting 40 minutes out in the front waiting area, I approached the receptionist to ask how much longer the wait would be. She checked with the doc, and said, "It will be about another 20 minutes before you are called back to the exam room." Knowing that it would be at least another 20 minutes from there, I told her I could not wait because I had a client meeting scheduled in an hour. She refunded my money (yes, they make you PRE-PAY your co-pay as soon as you walk in the door). As she was refunding my money, she leaned over the desk and said in a low voice, "I am really so sorry about this. We have all talked to Dr. Grossweiner on multiple occasions about how the wait times are making patients angry and causing many to leave. But he's set in his ways and refuses to change. Even when we told him it was costing him patients, he said he ddin't care." Wow. That said it all. The receptionist did acknowledge that his partner, Dr. Blazek, runs on schedule if I wanted to see him in the future. But, because they are co-owners of the practice, any money Dr. B makes Dr. G would also get a cut, and I am not about to reward him for his arrogance--especially toward patients who have been with him for a quarter of a century!!

I've been going to Dr Grossweiner since 1999. However I haven't needed to see him since 2012…read more Thus...he now considers me a brand new patient and I have to wait 3 months for an appointment. Unbelievable. Does he think he's the only Dermatologist around? Screw that. If he's the disloyal to 20 year patients, I'll gladly go elsewhere.
