Today he even fixed my uneven front teeth during my check up (see pic)! :) In 2017, my fiance was in an accident and lost his lateral incisor and half of his front tooth. He was devastated and so embarrassed by his appearance. After visiting another Doctor for a consultation, and being unhappy with the appointment, he decided to take my advice and see Dr. Stephenson. He was blown away by the professional staff and how Dr. Stephenson clearly presented his options. After the appointment, he decided that having a dental implant was the best choice for him! I had decided on dentures after years of pain and she assured me this was something she could do. A full upper was done. She then told me my four front lower teeth had to go and she could make me a lower partial that looked like a retainer. So she extracted those as well. $8500.00 later she out right refused to finish my bottom partial. Her treatment coordinator simply replied to every question I had with " You have been referred to another dentist." Dr. Theda was paid in full for this work both by my insurance and in cash by me. I have no idea why she referred me. My insurance will not pay twice for same procedure and I am left withOUT four bottom front teeth. The office did offer me a refund but it was so little I can not make my mouth whole until I save enough money to pay for the copays at another dentist.
