My computer keyboard has been acting really weird, some keys not working and…read moreit's really frustrating because I use my computer to take notes in classes, work on my thesis project, and when I need to log on to work computers from home. My keyboard problem was basically keeping me from being able to do anything, so I needed it fixed quick and really didn't have time to drop my computer off somewhere for 3 days or send my computer in to the warranty. Anyway, Kevin was very prompt with communicating and answering the phone, and drove to me only a couple hours after calling him, which was amazing. He's really a stand up guy, fun to work with and literally fixed my computer in less than an hour. We had a nice chat while he worked on my keyboard, and before you know it it was solved. Now I can get back to my life. It only costed me $75 for him driving up to me in Denton and fixing my computer the same day. Thank you Kevin!!! My law firm used Kevin to replace a fried keyboard for my ultrabook. The keyboard would just type…read morefunky stuff on its own and rendered the laptop unusable. Kevin drove to us the same day we called. He came twice, once for a diagnostic type visit and then again to actually replace the necessary part a few days later. But what pleased us the most was that during the first visit, rather than just take off with my laptop and say he'll return it in 5-7 days (like other repair shops), he actually sat in my office, took apart the laptop and offered a temporary FIX so that I could continue using the laptop while waiting for the new keyboard to be delivered. I was back in business! He detached the cable that connected to the keyboard and this allowed me to use my external keyboard in the mean time. He found a new keyboard online for the cheapest price he could and ordered it right in front of me. When the new part arrived a few days later, he drove back to my office to swap out the old keyboard for the new one. Once again, he sat in my office and did everything right in front of me. Kevin was very courteous and had the respect to try and assist with my business's continuity. Reasonable rates too! Will call again, if need be.
