We will definitely be using them again for other crafts and projects we do!

I have never written a review before about a local business but I have to tell you how wonderful…read morethe folks at Mail Boxes and More are in Flower Mound. I started using their services about a year after they opened when my husband was in Iraq. The team was great, they always helped me find the best way to ship him packages. I then started using their business services - whether it was copying, faxing, mailing or buying supplies the staff was also helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I have been in a lot recently - printing presentations, getting last minute business cards done for a conference and now mailing packages back overseas. Once again David and his staff have gone above and beyond to help me find the best solutions to my needs. On the business card order, another local company told me they couldn't help me at all - it would be days...David's team made sure I got my cards and made my flight...when they say customer service is their passion they mean it. I also just found out they do website design and logo design as well. I can't recommend them enough.

He also has done the installs. We are super pleased with Sigma Signs and particularly with Reggie's artistry, attention to detail and professionalism.

Kevin drove to us the same day we called. He came twice, once for a diagnostic type visit and then again to actually replace the necessary part a few days later. But what pleased us the most was that during the first visit, rather than just take off with my laptop and say he'll return it in 5-7 days (like other repair shops), he actually sat in my office, took apart the laptop and offered a temporary FIX so that I could continue using the laptop while waiting for the new keyboard to be delivered. I was back in business! He detached the cable that connected to the keyboard and this allowed me to use my external keyboard in the mean time. He found a new keyboard online for the cheapest price he could and ordered it right in front of me. When the new part arrived a few days later, he drove back to my office to swap out the old keyboard for the new one. Once again, he sat in my office and did everything right in front of me. Kevin was very courteous and had the respect to try and assist with my business's continuity. Reasonable rates too! Will call again, if need be.
