The three of us had one of each, so we could try everything, and all three were excellent. We had an excellent meal, I had the Rinderrouladen, which are thin pieces of beef rolled around a filling of onions and pickles, which came with red cabbage, mashed potatoes, and gravy - delicious! My son had Wiener schnitzel and a pretzel, and my husband had Weisswurst (veal sausages, I believe?) with soup and a pretzel. The friendly young man waiting on us cheerfully put in a to-go order for my daughter, who wasn't feeling well, and was happy to explain the menu items for me, so I could pick the best things for her. Great beer, great food, great service, an easy five-star review :)

First time visiting so did not know what to expect, but came away very satisfied with the beer, the venue and the service. They have a large outdoor beer garden and a small interior with about 4-5 tables. I ordered a flight to sample all of their beers. Came with their helles, a california ale, the frankfurt pale ale, bread beer and saline bitter. The bread beer was delicious and my favorite of the bunch. Light with a nice malty sweetness, the taste has undertones of cinnamon and christmas spices. I liked it so much I took home a growler (9 euro including 3 euro bottle deposit). I would definitely come again! Excited to try seasonal offerings once winter hits.

Ended up trying their Oktoberfest Marzen - which was a lighter Beer - it was everything you would expect from a German Beer. Very perfect in all it's qualities. Had some sort of Sausage, which was also really nice. What really stood out about this place was the atmosphere. Very calming - the outdoor dinning gave you a great view of the city. Overall a great experience, really great way to start a trip.

The staff seemed a bit understaffed, with only one waitress and what appeared to be the manager/owner handling all the orders and plates. There was also just one person working behind the bar. Due to the limited staff, it took a bit longer than usual to place our orders and receive our food. However, the atmosphere was fantastic and the drinks were served quickly. The highlight of the meal was definitely the phenomenal food. I particularly loved the cheese sauce with pretzel as our appetizer, the delicious salads, and of course, the Frankfurt Schnitzel! The combination of herbs in the dishes was simply delightful. I personally enjoyed a glass of red wine, while my husband tried their in-house Dunkel beer. Surprisingly, even though I'm not a beer drinker, I found it to be smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely consider going back to this place. I also noticed online that during the summer months, they have a kid play area outside, which would have been perfect for our large party!
