I went inside the store and told the cashier the box was open and the pool was used (it was another brand brown pool) so they exchanged It. The second pool was ripped (I noticed until we open the box at the house) and I went to the store to return it and they told me no returns/exchange. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY NEVER MENTION THIS POLICY ABOUT POOLS. Now I have to see if BESTWAY can send me a replacement. We cant even use the pool. This sucks!!! WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT! They should put a sign or mention the no returns/exchange "policy" before buying it. DONT BUY HERE! THIS STORE SUCKS! Go walmart instead.

Service at Academy Sports + Outdoors is consistently poor. Most of the time, only two lanes are…read moreopen, with little to no customer service presence on the floor. Each lane typically has 10-15 customers waiting, sometimes more, which leads to long delays. When another register finally opens, instead of helping the customers who have been waiting the longest, staff often call over people from the back of the line who just arrived. This is extremely frustrating and unfair to those who have already waited. Additionally, the store rarely answers the phone, making it difficult to get any assistance without going in person. Overall, the experience is disappointingi wouldn't even rate it half a star. In contrast, the Academy Sports + Outdoors location provides outstanding service and operates much more efficiently.

One Cashier continued to call Management on the head set & stated to me- I call, they never answer. I was in like approx 30-40 min & when I asked him why he couldn't get behind a cash register and help out he told me they were looking for someone. I told him I've see 5 males walking around. He argued with me telling no other males were there (one was wearing an orange vest going in & out of the building, one OTHER MGR standing at front door Ralph Lopez. Could he not get on a Register? And another man in a blue shirt just browsing clothing so ok that's 4 not 5) I asked him if he was going to argue with me or fix the problem? He said "Fix it". INSTEAD he finished his fax, did not get on a register or get anyone else to get in a register, walk over to the other manager, talk about me, they both looked at me and I looked RIGHT BACK, hand on my hip PISSED. Everyone in one was telling me, "Good going". We were all frustrated. I have photos & you can see it on their faces. I told him I was gonna blast him on YELP & call Coorporate. He ignored me. Didn't fix the issue. No reason for such long lines not even prime Christmas shopping time. Week day, kids aren't out yet, lunch time ....
