First of all, they worked with us on the date (we were under a fairly tight timeframe), doubling up one week-end to accommodate us. They were very clear when we met with them about how their estate sales are managed. They exceeded our expectations at every level. We could not have been more pleased throughout the entire process. I cannot think of one thing that could have been handled better. Based on our experience, this is not just a business for Andrew and Jane; they sincerely want to help people during what can be a stressful time.

She used no houses from my neighborhood. My neighborhood has many houses being sold and it even has a builder controlled hoa which she was wrong about as well. She put the wrong number of bedrooms even though she had the pictures of the correct number! wow unbelievable. They were quick to take the money to do a terrible job!
