After the installer departed and on closer examination I found one of the rods was installed crooked and the blind was dragging on the floor. I sent 3 emails to the rep, who never responded. The rod is now pulling away from the wall. My disappointment was the lack of follow up after installation, there wasn't even a call to see if all was well, I can't recommend Budget Blinds of Mission.
