Horrible unprofessional service. This company was hired by whirlpool to do a repair on microwave…read morethat was not even a year old on warranty. Repair man came in after 2 weeks to look at microwave but did not have parts needed. I waited over a month for them to get the parts. I waited all day for the same exact repair man that came in the previous time and saw mounted microwave to say he can not repair the microwave because it is mounted and he does not remove microwaves to repair them . Stated customer is responsible for removal of microwave for him to work on it. Imagine elderly people or disabled? The same useless repair man had already seen the microwave mounted and said absolutely nothing about it! Waited almost 2 months. The unprofessional useless repair man went outside to make a call and left with any courtesy call. He also left with the parts that were provided to him from whirlpool not his!

I was not disappointed. There were a few customers ahead of me, so there was a wait of about 10 minutes. Once I got to the counter the clerk was able to help me and give me some additional useful information. He was friendly, knowledgeable and brought up helpful information for my project. The part that I purchased has a lifetime replacement warranty as long as I keep the receipt. The parking lot was full when I arrived, and the space is a rather tight. I had to wait a moment for another truck to get out of the way before I could park. However there are ample additional spaces behind the building where you may park. If you are a do it yourself or, this is a great place to know about. I'm sure I save quite a bit of money not having to bring in a repair man for a house call. The price I paid for the part is comparable to what I found over the Internet had I ordered it online. I will be sure to remember this place for any other appliance repair needs!

I was needing repair on a couple of appliances and my home warranty was serviced by Direct Source…read more They came first to repair my dishwasher after the first company that attempted it tried to tell me there wasn't an issue. The men from Direct Source ran a diagnostic program and found it needed a new heating coil. It was ordered and then replaced and my dishes are so much cleaner. I am very happy. So when I had an issue with my clothes washer I asked for Direct Source again. They were able to fix it quickly and with no parts needed. I highly recommend this service. They are nice people and know their stuff!
