Networking was not easy at first for me. I looked at it as a way to get business and sell my business. I learned from RGA I don't need to sell my business, I need to build relationships. Go to one meeting and you will see the difference. I warn you, you'll be hooked and want to go to every meeting from that point on. Once you join you are able to go to 23 chapters in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. It is not seat specific and as a photographer, I know there is enough business in my area to go around. I have a photographer in my chapter and I have referred several jobs to him. They also have a Podcast that you are able to sit down with a live interview about your business with the President and Founder for a small fee that goes out to millions. RGA Network is simply the BEST networking group in the Tampa Bay area! I joined about a month ago and I have already started receiving referral business! I love the fact that there are 28 meetings a week throughout the area that I can attend. There is an annual fee, but once you pay it, you are LOCKED INTO THE RATE for as long as you remain a member in good standing! I highly recommend this group to anyone seeking networking opportunities to expand your business! read more

Definitely a Better Networking Idea! Genuine relationships with people who are looking out for you and passing referrals to help you with your business, not just putting a piece of paper in a bucket. The atmosphere in an RGA meeting is professional, yet relaxed. No strict rules about attendance, the ability to not only visit any meeting you like, but to speak at any meeting for 10 minutes about your business is HUGE! Other groups only allow you to go to one chapter and speak at one chapter, so you get in front of the same 30-40 people every week. In RGA you can attend multiple meetings in a week and get in front of anywhere from 40 to 150 people depending on how many you attend. There are also regular mixers and special events where members and non members can do some more networking in a more relaxed environment. RGA membership fees are also affordable for small businesses, and are locked in as long as you maintain your membership. So if you are looking for a group with Really Great Attitude that is all about Relationship Generating Activities, which turn into Revenue Generating Activities, then you need to be a part of RGA. read more

RGA was started because the Owner of RGA was unhappy with how other networking groups in the area were being operated. I was an RGA member for several months and met a lot of nice people however I found out very quick that almost all the members were only concerned with their own businesses and were not there to help promote yours !!! The meeting organizers were very rude and interrupted me several times in the middle of a presentation. The Owner of RGA himself made an extremely rude comment after I gave a presentation about my business. He told everyone at the meeting " If your interested in what she has to offer I can set you up with some one good" Bypassing me completely and making me look very bad !!! SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH RGA. START YOUR OWN MEETINGS BY USING MEETUP.COM you will have 10 times better results read more
