We were given instructions to submit the paperwork. We submitted it immediately via USPS mail w delivery confirmation & tracking. This company does not answer phone calls nor email. We've been following up since March w/o avail. Last week, my fiancé reached out to IDC & told them we want to return the extra items for a refund as this was clearly a scam & they connected him with someone who finally called back frolm Calusa. Was lied to & told it wasn't received, although we have USPS tracking stating it was delivered to their offices in March. Was told to re-submit & someone would get back to us. That was also a lie. Today is 7/17/24. FIVE months since our purchase & Calusa has not met what was promised to us. Filing a complaint w the better business bureau & going back to IDC to report this fraudulent company. Alex & Tom seemed to only care after I left review on google. IDC & this company have this scam going. Buyer beware.

This year I get a message from my CC: We've charged $239.00 at CORPORATE FILIN. WTF? I search through my old emails and see one from 2022 (see attached) So I guess they sent me another one last year? I'm pretty sure I didn't agree to have them do my filing! The "filing" takes 2 min: confirm your address etc. For them to do it you have to confirm with them and then they confirm with Sunbiz. Apparently that's a $190 service! You can act as your own registered agent in FL. If you are small and have a physical mailing address in FL these services might not be worth it to you. If you do use them, be prepared for lots of scary emails warning you that "You will be fined $400 if you don't register/file by May 1st every year." Then they try to upsell you and, even if you don't agree, try to charge you!
