On June 1, 2024, I took my truck to RG3 collision at 6715 Montgomery Drive in San Antonio to get a small area of damage repaired to the right front bumper. On June 3, 2024, I got a call from RG3 in which I was told the cost of the repair and was told that I had to pay in advance because he is a small collision shop. My credit card was charged $618. A photo of my credit card had been taken. I was called and was told that I could come pick up my vehicle so that I would have something to drive since the delivery of the part was delayed. I picked up the truck and had to return it on June 14, 2024, so that the damage could be repaired. I received a call that my truck was ready for pick up so I went to the shop and picked up my truck on June 14, 2024. I was told that in addition to the repair work an alignment was done. The office assistant said she needed to charge my credit card since no payment was showing on their system, and I explained to her it had already been charged. She said she would have to check on what had been charged. She called her boss and released the truck to me. I left and discovered that an unauthorized charge of $729 had been placed on my credit card. I have put in a dispute with my credit card company for this unauthorized charge. While talking to the credit card company, they said that charges were put through under different company names/accounts. I took my truck to the dealership because there was something wrong with the way it was driving. The dealership said that they had to do an alignment because it was way out of alignment. I have the receipt of the work that was done. RG3 has misrepresented itself and to this date my vehicle is still not repaired. There is a big gap in the bumper and the bumper is not straight. I have to take it to another place to be repaired. Please be sure to do a thorough check on the performance record of collision repair shops such as RG3. read more
