The location is perfect right near the forum and parking is easy and available. I read another review about the staff not being as friendly and I definitely agree that was probably because they hadn't gotten into their rhythm. This is one of the few locations where I can tell they make a point to learn your name. If you regular this location you will soon be welcomed into the family and you know the coaches are looking out for you. I would say Christine is my favorite but they all kinda are at this point. It is a little annoying that you can't see the screen from stations 1 and 2 on the weight floor but that definitely isn't a big enough annoyance to really deter me from going at all. I had a friend who had to cancel due to extenuating circumstances and had signed up with this location- she had no issue. I also have canceled with other gyms that charged you for the following month after you cancel, I believe that's a pretty common practice. Anyways, 10/10 recommend.

I don't see staff often as I usually work out in the morning before staffed hours, but when I visit later in the day, staff have been very helpful and polite. 24-hour sauna with infrared technology that really allows you to burn calories and sweat much more than your typical workout. There's a small gym with free weights and a few machines. Different membership prices, but I'd opt for the more expensive option so you can visit any location. A great investment!

I was impressed by many of of the lifts and it only encouraged me to hit a PR myself too. The owner has a fantastic attitude that he transfers to class participants. I heard about Crossfit & asked my husband to try it out with me for just a month. He thought I was nuts! He said it was to hard & only for fit, sporty type people. I wanted to be that fit, sporty type person. So, I called & signed us up for a few WODs. I walked in the box & was immediately intimidated. That is, until I was greeted by Coach Jerry and a few of the other 7:30AMers. I received 1-1 instruction and my questions were answered. I was able to witness new folks & veterans alike. They were all doing Crossfit, just at different levels. I was introduced to scaling & for awhile that became my best friend. My safety was a #1 priority & I was coached & cheered by the best. My fears evaporated within a week as I came to know the athletes at the box. I could walk in and instantly feel nervous & excited about the work out of the day. I found myself checking the website every night & morning to see what we would be doing next. That was almost 2 years ago. I've never stuck with something this long. I'm still just as enthusiastic as I was that first week. Is Crossfit hard? Yes. Do you have to be in shape before you come try a workout? But I can bring a someone that's over 18 as my guest. This is by and large the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. Over the last few months since you let go of Keon at the Pat Booker location I have seen a huge down grade in customer service, professionalism and over positive gym environment. Everyone other than Aaron are absolutely horrible at greeting people, making them feel welcome and actually caring for people. Multiple times people are on their phones as I walk in and don't even acknowledge that customers are coming in. Yall really need to do better. Front staff is trash, called to talk to the manager about cancelation policy and they hung up on me. Additionally, cancelation policy is absolutely trash. 30 day written notice to get an additional month of dues out of you. If they kick you out... they dont give you 30 days.

The community is extremely friendly and supportive of my fitness goals. From a first timer trying out CrossFit, to a seasoned athlete, they have workouts and modifications that cater to all. This is a good environment for those tired of the local globo gym scene and looking to get fit with others while not having to search for workout routines to do.
