Most patients my age (mid-60s) never regain full shoulder function after being frozen so long. This year Elite Pilates helped me thru hip replacements. My surgeon approved me for Pilates with my private trainer after only three weeks after surgery because they were so confident of their expertise customizing exercises to help my body heal.
