Multiple paralegals were assigned to work on the trust, none of them returning calls or emails. Communication and follow through was HORRIBLE. Towards the end my Sister did more work than Glass Law firm did to get assets moved to the Irrevocable than the firm did - yet the firm still wanted to charge us. Our mother is handicapped and limited to a wheel chair. For one instance we got mother into a car, went to the law firm to have her sign documents, documents that were brought to the car by Mr. Glass only to have them charge her almost $400 - JUST TO SIGN DOCUMENTS FROM THE CAR WHICH MR. GLASS OFFERED. Who in their right mind charges a friend and handicapped person to sign documents. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.
