Easy, complete chriropractic care…read more I've been going here for continued wellness for some time. It has been a much more cost effective method than regular doctors appointments which typically end in medication rather than care and solutions. The staff are fantastic and personable and sincerely care about each patient. Scheduling is simple and quick as well as having to reschedule in the situations that all too often occur. This area has further improved by including text capabilities making the entire process more convenient and effective. There are many means of correction and health rebuilding available beyond the normal adjustments, such as a range of traction options. They also have large tvs with relaxing graphics and important information and general knowledge that I have found valuable. This all makes the wait less of a wait if/when one does need to wait for their adjustment. The only items to be aware of are as follows: The area for adjustments, warmups, traction, etc., is essentially one open area with very limited concepts of privacy. However the privacy has improved with curtains and partitions making the overall environment more relaxed. The relaxation is also affected by having some music pumped lightly through the speakers in the ceiling and the lights having softer colors or covers. The overall facility is not very large and there is a lot of traffic. I highly recommend using this facility for either the wellness purposes or for serious adjustment and correction needs.

I changed my insurance back to straight medicare so I could be charged only for the decompression table, which was what was agreed upon. Vacation, office had moved. I finally got an appointment, got on decompression table for the amount agreed. The vibe in the office was uncomfortable. I payed, then was told I couldn't make another appointment until I talked to the doctor, oh but sorry he went to lunch, the whole experience was strange and very uncomfortable. The doctor never got back to me, I tried to reach out several times, will try again. Hey Doc if you're reading this can you please reach back out to me, I would really like to know what's going on.

I started having severe back pain the week of Thanksgiving (2016). I thought it would clear up on…read moreits own, it always had in the past. But when the pain continued into early 2017, I decided to seek Chiropractic help. April Chiropractic & Wellness was the closest chiropractor to my home that took my insurance. They also had hours that extended beyond my workday which allowed me to set up an appointment after work and not miss a day. I was all in. During my first visit to Dr. Aprile's office, the staff took a series of x-rays, provided their initial thoughts and gave me a quick treatment (like five minutes or less). A followup appointment was set for a week later. I left this first appointment feeling somewhat better physically but with still no answers. At my followup appointment, Dr. Aprile ran through the x-rays with me and showed me exactly why I was having pain in my back. He told me that he had never seen a case this severe and needed to do some research to help me figure out my next steps (because Aprile Chiropractic & Wellness couldn't perform every task that would be needed for my recovery). Dr. Aprile really made it sound like this was a research project he couldn't wait to tackle. I received another treatment and then left after setting up an appointment for two weeks later. At this third appointment, Dr. Aprile came with a list of places I could go in order to take the next steps in my recovery. He asked if I needed him to contact any of those places right while I was in his office. I said no, I could do it on my own. Before this meeting I had ordered a product on Amazon that I thought might help. Dr. Aprile took more x-rays and gave me instantaneous feedback on the product. He said that things were better with this product but still not as good as they needed to be. He also was very upfront that insurance wasn't going to cover one of the tests he was performing and that I would get a letter in the mail from my insurance company but that his clinic would eat the cost of it. I took Dr. Aprile's advice and got a referral to one of the clinics in the area that could help me with my next step. After visiting that clinic and getting treatment, I am going on five months of no back pain and am back to be my active self (running, playing softball, lifting my daughter, etc.). I am very grateful for the interest Dr. Aprile and his staff took in me and their willingness to go above and beyond to help treat my back pain. If all doctors took this approach, the medical field would have a much better reputation.

I originally found Spartan Chiropractic because they had a booth at the 2bears 5k and Dr. Bobby was doing free adjustments.
