I've been having more back trouble lately; it's actually been an issue since 1996 when I was hurt and flat in my back for two weeks. Since I really don't need that problem nor the accompanying pain, I turned a corner and decided to take a leap here. The Queen Bee already uses this place to get regular adjustments and help relieve chronic pain. I told her that if she were going to go, I'd give it a shot also, much to her shock and my own chagrin. Soon we went at 10am or so, and of course I being a "new patient," had to fill out a ton of forms, etc. After sheafing through a good two dozen pages of questions, medical history, injury history, fine print, sign here and initial there, I was raring to go. Before long I was seen by the clinical director himself, a Dr. Sam Scott. A rarified character indeed, it's easy to figure he believes in chiropractic and is passionate about it and living a clean lifestyle. We went through my array of symptoms, etc and he performed a general exam of spine, back and surrounding musculoskeletal regions. I was honestly somewhat impressed by how this fella went through the whole thing...he also provided a few "soft" adjustments to see how my body reacted to manipulation, etc. Then came the real bone-cracking stuff...again, I was taken aback by how much it improved my condition. Beyond all that whatnot, Dr. Scott is very warm, empathic, gentle, kind and knowledgeable. He is one of three or four doctors there; my dear Queen Bee likes him the best out of the lot. The office is just a small lobby and a back room full of several chiropractic tables all lined up in a row. No real privacy to speak of, then, and no appointments either, UNLESS you're a new patient. Beyond that, it's first come, first served. They give you a key card with which to scan in after your first visit; scan in and wait for the next doctor. You can request a specific one, but it may take longer as they simply go in order as one might find at the local barbershop. There are a couple of different plans to choose from, as many people of course seek this kind of treatment regularly. $79/mo. basically gets you four visits a month for as long as you keep going; first month gets you three additional visits free. That basically gets you to go 3 times the first week to get physically accustomed to chiropractic. Then the rest sort of falls into place, although these folks are very happy to answer questions Last caveat to know is that they DO NOT TAKE ANY insurance. If you have the best medical plan on the face of the earth and all the seven seas...$79/month! Then after/if you don't need the weekly sessions, they have a $19/mo. version with a $15/visit charge. This place discriminates against senior citizens. They refused to treat me because I have Medicare part A, even though don't accept any health insurance at all. I was in agony and they turned me away. They could have informed me of this before I filled out forms for 10 minutes. I would give negative stars if I could. read more

I called on January 6, 2025, at 3:55 PM ET, and Emily answered. I inquired about the number of "free" services I had left, and she informed me that I had 2 remaining, which I would need to use at the Tarpon Springs location. When I asked why I was allowed a free visit at the Trinity location over the weekend, she said she didn't know, but that free visits are only available where I signed up. I explained that I live in Spring Hill and only registered at Tarpon Springs because I was in the area. Since the Spring Hill location isn't open yet, Trinity is the closest option. Emily refused to make an exception for me, claiming I was being rude, but I wasn't. I was simply seeking clarification about the exception I received over the weekend. For context, I have primarily visited the Trinity location, except for the initial signup. I wasn't aware of having 3 free visits during my first month until a doctor at Trinity mentioned it, which I later verified at the front desk. Tarpon Springs never informed me of 3 free visits or that I would need to use them there. My paperwork didn't specify anything about free visits either. I'm in pain and work until 5:30 PM, making it impossible for me to reach the Tarpon location tonight. Emily ended the call abruptly. If she is in a managerial position, she requires corrective counseling on customer service skills. Furthermore, the staff at Tarpon Springs, FL, also needs improvement in clearly communicating details about free visits and their usage. read more

I signed and and can't get regular service. New patient comes in ans they take them to get the new business once you sign your screwed. Hours of waiting . I arrived 5 min to late and missed there cutoff . 4 days now this is bullshit. read more

Went to the joint primarily for the prices. Quickly discovered you get what you pay for. No electronic stimulation, no hot towels,NOTHING. It is like being on a conveyer belt. When you get on the chiropractic bench, they crack your neck, crack your back, and say good bye. Less than 5 minutes!! Went for a sciatic problem, left after they cracked my neck with a neck problem. Go to a real chiropractor please. At the end of the day, you do get what you pay for. read more

I love this place! Especially since it's open during the quarantine! Love this place!!! Dr.Sam is phenomenal at what he does, he has a good attitude, and genuine passion for what he does. My first time there he really took the time to sit down and explain what is happening inside my problem area and why it's important to get regularly seen so that's why I did the $79/month plan (4 visits- go once a week) just to get started. Dr.Sam is also really good at distracting you with conversation, so you're not focused on all the movement he's helping you with! He always starts me off with a little movement around my body to loosen me up before he does all that cracking which I appreciate and feel like it shows a sign of genuine care for your body. As a plus size woman who also deals with a lot of anxiety, i really appreciate the professionalism and respect whilst making me comfortable through my visit. PRO: The adjustment, overall, was good. The pressure released and I felt good. CON: Did not like the open air concept and discussing health and treatments within ear shot of the next person. I love Michael.. he is a brilliant chiropractor, but I was not aware that I had to use pre-paid sessions within a certain time limit.. I moved to Florida 3 months ago and found the joint immediately.. Michael is brilliant and the staff is nice but I don't feel like it's fair that I prepaid for sessions and I've pretty much been in and out of the hospital for depression since living here.. my back and neck are killing me and I would like to have those two sessions left to use but I didn't use them in the time frame given. Loved every minute here! I had a pretty extreme internal rotation of my hip from a running injury and months of yoga/PT stretches, icing and rest did not solve my problem at all. After about 4 sessions in a span of 2 weeks my hip felt brand new. I have now hit 2 months going and my hip has not had any issues, pain or tightness for over a month! I used to love going to the Joint chiropractor at Tri-City Plaza but the wait seems to get longer and longer they're only seems to be one doctor most days sometimes too one is doing new patient evaluations and the other ones doing regular patients things sure run better when Dr Sam was there guess I'm going to have to find a new joint chiropractor and they change doctors too much they used to have great doctors there but every time I go there's new doctors I don't understand I wish they would go back to the way they were . read more

Every employee was so friendly and welcoming. As soon as I walked in I was greeted! Everything was thoroughly explained to me throughout the entire process. I was given brief paperwork to fill out and then I had a consultation with the chiropractor. After the consultation and being adjusted, he explained his recommendations on maintenance and why.
