Highly recommended!…read more Shane acted as my listing agent and worked efficiently to get my house sold and efficiently helped with navigating any issues that came up. He was always a quick message away and his effort and dedication was evident from the beginning. He helped with multiple issues that came up including negotiations and repairs. But most importantly, he was honest and considered my best interest in the decisions he recommended, which the other reviews here will also attest to. I actually found Shane through Yelp and am very happy that I made contact. I know who I'm going to the next time I have a real estate-related issue.

I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

I am so grateful for his help! He knew so much about Las Vegas housing (the reputation of certain builders, the true price of a home, how to deal with sound, pests, etc..). And like I said, he seems to prioritize helping people over maximizing his own profit, which I'm sure makes him very successful in the long run! A genuine pleasure to talk to, he can offer valuable advice outside of real estate, as well. Use him if you can!

Patrick is the best. Here is someone who is clearly passionate about his job and loves his field…read more I came to Vegas a few weeks ago to begin my housing search, and happened to come across Patrick's entry when I was Yelping realtors while having lunch in Chinatown, and he showed up as #1. Patrick is really busy and has several clients, both for housing purchases/sales and he also does consulting. Yet, even as a client just looking for a simple rental, I always felt that Patrick treated me with no less importance. Over the next several weeks, Patrick corresponded with me frequently and helped me visit several properties and ultimately submit an application for a house rental. He even drove over my application and paid my fee for me while I was out-of-state. He welcomes calls/texts at any time, day or night. During my first visit, he came to pick me up at my hotel, and while we were driving around with his younger half-brother (who is looking into potentially pursuing real estate too), we talked about all sorts of things: food, life in Vegas, and real estate. Patrick taught me a lot and loves to educate people about his field. All in all, Patrick will give you the time and attention you deserve. He is reliable and will be your greatest advocate, while being honest and upfront. Even though I have not worked with many other realtors in the past, I feel like Pat is truly extraordinary. I owe him a lot for helping me make my housing search in Vegas so smooth! =)

The units are spacious, clean, and updated with modern features that make it feel like home. The management team is friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests or questions. I've always felt safe and comfortable here, and the community is quiet and respectful. The location is also a big plus--close to shopping, dining, and easy freeway access, which makes everything super convenient. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed place to live, I highly recommend Country Club Towers Apartments!

I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and received no response. No action was taken until I escalated the issue through a CFPB complaint, at which point the third-party collector corrected it--not the property. This reflects a serious failure in handling settled accounts and a lack of follow-through when issues are raised. I would strongly advise others to keep detailed records and monitor their credit closely, even after paying a balance in full. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to consider other apartment complexes.
