Not only is he a qualified plumber and electrician, but the work he and Prince did in replacing our baseboards was excellent and we are super happy with the results! The work was so good that we also had William and Prince perform some modifications to our dining room lighting (going from one light to two), and also patch and repair our garage walls. I would definitely recommend William for any job you have at your home without any hesitation. Since I got so many inquiries on posting this, I thought I'd post it again with no comments…read more Before and after applying one of the new, pre-approved pallets to repaint our home, hopefully this might inspire people to use the new pallets to update their curb appeal adding value to the home and neighborhood. The pallets are gaining popularity as we get more requests for pallets than self-picked colors. I know being in a sea of brown, mustard and grey homes makes it difficult to think outside of that box but if you think of your structure as brick or stone and shingles as all being neutral it frees you to pick a pallet you like knowing it will go with neutral building materials. The pallets are professionally chosen to paint any house, brick and shingles don't matter; the goal is not to match them. Used as designed these pallets are a slam dunk approval, just submit the form so we know what you will be doing and if used right, the supplication should be approved. We used Five Star Painting who did an outstanding job. Part of their normal procedure is to power wash so you're not painting over dirt, calk and that meant even between wall boards to keep damaging moisture out, as well sent a carpenter out to replace soffit boards that showed signs of deteriorating and two coats for a long lasting job.

Rick is extremely affordable and dependable! We gathered about 3 estimates from different companies…read moreand from the time Rick came to my home to provide me with an estimate, I knew he took pride in his work. He took the time during my initial consultation to understand my overall needs and to be honest, he went above and beyond from what I asked of him. To elaborate a little more on this, he took the initiative to paint a ceiling and entry hallway that were never in the original quote. In one of my rooms the ceiling had left over paint (I failed to touch up when I originally painted it) and he took the initiative to not only touch up the ceiling but paint the complete ceiling to avoid a variance of color. My entry hallway, was a slight color difference and he painted the hallway to not have this slight color difference. Rick originally told me the project would take approximately 4 days, and it took them exactly 4 days. He asked me to do a final walk through once the project was complete to ensure everything was satisfactory prior to receiving final payment and everything was great! Last thing that life made easier for me, they worked around my home furniture and removed/replaced TV mounts, stands, curtain rods for me. Bottom line, I could not be more grateful to have found such an incredible painter that I can count on in the future. Rick thank you for your service and we will be calling you when we move into our new home in about 8 months!

He quoted $2,000 total and promised to finish in one week. I paid a 50% deposit of $1,000. Shortly after starting, he requested another $400. Despite receiving $1,400, he completed less than half the work. He then stopped showing up, offered constant excuses, and eventually ignored all my calls and texts. I officially stopped contacting him on May 9, 2026, and had to hire someone else to finish the job. I used him ten years ago and he did great work, but his standards and reliability have completely dropped. He deserves zero stars. Avoid this contractor to save your time and money.
