These cases are difficult to litigate and most attorneys either shy away from them or take forever to respond back. Upon hearing the circumstances surrounding my injuries, Christina the paralegal did not hesitate to refer my case to the attorney and took on my employer. The Marye Law firm went to work immediately and under the circumstances, settled my case in a fair amount of time. If I can offer any advice though when working with an attorney is that you always negotiate the attorney fees before signing a contractual agreement; something I didn't do. Despite that, The Marye firm still did a great job and I would definitely recommend them!

The case involved a motorcycle accident that was caused by a vehicle pulling out in front of me from an access road. I was able to avoid the collision but incurred injuries and extensive damage to the motorcycle. Because there was no collision two of the big law firms that advertise on television would not handle the case. I guess they only want to handle sure things so they can boost about the high percentage of wins they secure. After reviewing the facts with me, Austin accepted the case and had to go above and beyond in dealing with some sketchy police work. I feel he did a great job representing me and I highly recommend the Hartley Law Firm.

I was looking for a "Real Attorney" that could "get things done" and not a "Radio Commercial" or a so-called "Big Name". I was referred to the Naidoo Law Firm by a close friend who had previous experience with this Firm. I know other "Big Name" Lawyers on a personal level, but decided to take the recommendation and have the Naidoo Law Firm handle my case. I set-up an appointment and met with Attorney Shaun Naidoo and his Staff. I was very impressed with Attorney Naidoo and his explanation of how he planned to handle my case. I am a former Banker who dealt with Lawyers on a daily basis and I must say that Attorney Shaun Naidoo ranks with the best of them. I have also enjoyed working with Valencia Naidoo who has been "great" at keeping me informed on every aspect of my case. I had X-rays and various Scans taken by very Professional people who made me feel "Very Special". I was placed in a Physical Therapy Program with a very Professional Staff of Doctors and Therapists who were very kind and compassionate. I actually looked forward to Physical Therapy as I knew I would be "Welcomed" and treated with the "Very Best" Care. Within six months of my Accident, the case was resolved and I received a "Beautiful" Settlement. To be honest, my Settlement was thousands of dollars more than I had anticipated. As an added bonus, my knee is doing much better and I will return to the Basketball Court very soon. I hope that my experience with the Naidoo Law Firm will help you make a decision on which Lawyer to choose after your Accident. The "Best Advice" I can offer is to "Highly Recommend" you to Shaun Naidoo, Valencia Naidoo and the Naidoo Law Firm. This Firm will not only "Work Very Hard" on your case, but they will also take "Great Care" of your body after the accident. Please consider this Law Firm and speak with Shaun Naidoo or Valencia Naidoo after your Accident. This is what I did and the results have been Amazing! GOD Bless You!

I was completely and happily ignorant of car accident law until this past fall, when I was involved…read morein a side impact collision. I had been in accidents before, but until then, I had never had a problem either using our insurance company, or settling the case more informally with the other driver (as my husband and I really prefer to do). Once we realized that we would probably have to hire a lawyer, we started looking online and were struck by how difficult it was to find an honest assessment of the personal injury lawyers in the area. Many of the reviews on Google looked like they were "sponsored" by the law firms themselves and many weren't reviewed at all. Luckily, we were referred to Mr. Reyes through a friend of my husband's, so we didn't have to make the gamble we would have otherwise. My primary concern with hiring a small firm was that they would be either overworked or understaffed. While I can't speak to the inner workings of the court or my case, and I'm sure its common to most smaller firms, we were able to meet with Mr. Reyes himself whenever we needed to and, more impressively, he seemed thoroughly well read regarding our particular case. While I'm not comfortable with sharing the particular details of our case, we received our settlement this past month for an amount well over the medicals bills to date. Some portion of the money will be set aside for any miscellaneous medical bills, but the rest has certainly softened by view of lawyers in general.
