They are also one of very few locations that carry Urban Decay. They offer an excellent selection of makeup and skincare. The regular part of the store offers food items but not a huge grocery department although you can get the basics like coffee, peanut butter, cream, soup and cookies. It can get busy during lunch time on the weekdays with all the office staff shopping. Although the mall closes early, this Shoppers is open until 9 p.m. Monday to Friday. The eyeshadow had some very cool colours (like sparkling blue), and I found an excellent powder brush that was very soft. I like how Rexall has their cashiers all at the front counter. It seems rather open and friendly, for some reason. They have free calendars here too with coupons inside.

For some reason all their cosmetics employees are either immature or discriminating against a specific group of people just because they seem to have been given the authority to do so. Just a background on my mother which she shouldn't have to explain to some sales person however she still had to - she's been diagnosed with depression and asthma for many years now so at this store some of her actions included taking pictures of products(which literally everyone's does in some way but hers was acting out on her depression), spending extra time in the store to kill time (again, due to being depressed), pulling her mask down occasionally to catch her breath or to take a drink due to asthma & diabetes like the employees at the store don't pull their mask down to take a drink. The cosmetics person Connie yelled at her several times and FOLLOWED her throughout the ENTIRE store for the time she was there when she shouldn't even be leaving the boutique department and can easily ask other employees to keep an eye on my mom if she's that much of a threat to the store lol. She embarrassed my mom several times looking down on her and making it look like she was stealing or breaking huge rules around the store when no other employee thought otherwise. Anytime she'd catch my mom looking at a product for too long she'd come up to her and ask why and then one day came when my mom started explaining to her about her depression and she told my mom that's she's BANNED from the store not to mention anytime she'd say something to my mom, my mom would always listen to her. She's so confident in her decision in openly insulting and discriminating a disabled person from a minority group that she provided my mom with a card of the store saying to call and confirm with store manager. Good to know that the store manager encourages this behaviour from his employees. It has come to the point where I'd like the store to show us the video recordings of my mom doing anything wrong in the store if she's going to be banned from the store because I will not be staying silent regarding this. How the staff treats people in this store is incredibly disgusting. I had an issue with one of their cosmetics staff being rude for no reason not so long ago and now this. Looks like they can't seem to hire one sensible person in the cosmetics department
