Ralph Chellino - WORST CHEAPEST landlord ever…read more... Moved in with no working heater, and argued with Ralph and his "Experienced handy Man" for 2-3 weeks before my WALL heaters actually worked... They removed the Safety switch as the heater would not stay on.. I was told not to leave the heater on toooo high because the house could start on fire.... After that I barely wanted to tell Ralph anything that didn't work, Because of how he questioned and blamed us tenants. Moving out was awhole another mess, He does the final walk-thru and check marked and signed there is NO DEDUCTIONS, but 2 weeks later finds numerous deductions that were not on the first "final walk-thru" paper... If I had the time to waste I would take him to small claims court....But ill charge this loss as a loss...And never recommend Intero Real Estate or Ralph Chellino AGAIN, Cheapest landlord ever - DO NOT USE RALPH CHELLINO

A Frank Leonardi is listed as the agent. I was contacted back fairly quickly by phone though I had mentioned that I wanted a response back by email due to the fact that I work long hours and do not answer my cell phone at work. I then got a text message from someone stating that they were contacting me from the agency and when was a good time for them to follow up. I explained that I would like to see pictures of the inside and more information especially lot rent since it was a mobile home. It has been well over 2 weeks and still no response from anyone, pictures or more information. Not really a good first impression for a realty agency. Customer service speaks alot. Especially considering you're on commission. Will not ever buy a house through your agency.

Another update with 5 stars, again!…read more This complex was built in the early seventies, and although the condo I rent came with major upgrades when I moved in almost five years ago, things still happen. For a while, the upper panel on the white Maytag over-the-stove microwave kept falling off, and I kept reattaching it. Then the day came when I could no longer reattach it. I logged a support request. Soon, Fernando Vazques texted me, asking for the microwave's serial number. I took photos and texted them back to him, and in the process, I learned that the appliance's manufacturing date was January 2004. So it was over two decades old, but it still worked great if not for the panel falling off. I thought they would order a replacement part for that panel. However, it turned out that it would be cheaper to replace the whole microwave. Fernando kept me updated on the approval progress, the order from Lowe's, and the delivery. Once two guys from Lowe's delivered the microwave, Fernando coordinated the installation. One guy from Intempus came, installed the new microwave, and removed the old one; everything would have been ok if not for a large area of paint that peeled off the wall beneath the microwave. I sent pictures to Fernando. Several days later, David, a tech, arrived to fix the paint issue. I brought out all the cans of paint I keep in the outside storage shed that I found here upon move-in. However, none of that paint matched the color on the kitchen wall. So David went to a paint store and used their paint color matching machine (I hadn't even heard of such a tool before!) to find the exact match. He returned from the store and did a super careful job achieving the orange peel effect on the wall. He also went around the unit, noticed things, fixed them, and responded to my reports of minor annoyances. For example, he reinserted the large patio screen back into its railing, fixing the railing so that the screen wouldn't fall off again. He also gave me good advice on keeping the place in good shape and admired the many plants I keep outside my unit, which warmed my heart. There was definitely a silver lining to how protracted the microwave replacement turned out to be, in that David fixed things I didn't even bother reporting. I definitely felt I was in good hands with Fernando and David responding to my service request, and I know that if anything else needs fixing in the future, I will be in their good hands again.

I reached out to the property management team and I was really impressed with how quickly they handled my work order. They called in a plumber who found the toilets were older and the tanks have equipment that was corroding. They quickly got in touch with the homeowner and we had replacement toilets approved without any hassle or delay.
