Not one person on staff took responsibility or even cared. The toxic energy in this place is unbelievable, and the lack of basic respect is disgusting. Their communication? Horrible. Their professionalism? Nonexistent. Their attitude? Vile. I get they just changed locations, but get it together or don't schedule flights...Luckily got my money back from Groupon. AVOID!
