I purchased a very expensive digital Xray machine from this business, which was covered by a one year warranty. When Dan Hill came in to set it up, he left trash all over the floor and he left outside the wooden crate behind at my business, for me to disassemble and cart to the dumpster. I should have known then, it was a forecast of their poor customer service. When we started having problems with the detector, we continued to call them for several months before they finally sent someone to our office. When they did, they took apart the machine and said the detector needed to be returned to their home office for repairs. Great, I thought, finally some good service. But wait..... When they did the repairs, they shipped it back to me in a big box. I asked when someone would be down to reassemble it. They said it would cost me airfare if the wanted them to assemble it, and it was easy enough to reassemble, that I could do it myself. The even refused to pay for a local xray tech to come and do the assembly. Then, they even refused to call me back to talk to my staff about how to reassemble it. Absolutely zero customer service after the sale was made. I will never recommend them to any other doctors. If you have any thoughts of purchasing from them, run as fast as you can.
