Once you enter and show your ID you can head inside. I had called ahead of time and spoke with Jackie the manager to confirm they had "Doozies" CBD infused gummies that help me sleep:) Inside is spacious & very bright. I felt like I was inside an adult arcade! Plenty of employees behind the counter to help you with your cannabis needs. Only reason I give four is because I wish they would carry more sativa (usually always have indica or hybrids) and would be nice if they would allow customers to bring in their own containers so as to be more eco friendly. A bud tender named Chris had attended me, as I had walked out and noticed that he did not stamp my card so I went back and asked him to stamp my card because he did not which then he insisted that he had already stamped card another bud tender, Stephanie ( really sweet thank you ) stated that she had only stamped two and that l he owed me one. He still insisted that he did stamp it and that I was wrong so then they go in the back and review the cameras as they're reviewing the cameras a guy comes back out and says thank you for your patience and stamps my card I walk away and say you could've at least apologize and instead of apologizing He still had the audacity to tell me it wasn't on purpose. Just wonderful, I will still come to the shop as it's a Shop that I like. I just hope that they can hire people that have the proper customer service. read more

Your employees should be able to park their vehicles in your customer parking area. Not only do they block driveways, but when asked to move their vehicles from blocked driveways they are very defensive. The entire block understands it's public street parking but the rudeness and lack of common sense is ridiculous. One of your employees got their car towed from a neighbors driveway. Also your customers leave trash behind and continuously double park to go into your shop. Some even park in driveways with emergency lights. Please educate your employees and customers. Some neighbors are ready to petition to the city to make Romar permit only parking. Just saying.. read more
