I saw the reviews on Yelp and they were basically perfect, so I decided to reach out. Within 10 minutes, I had the detail booked for the next day at my house. Two guys showed up and worked their butts off for over two hours and gave my sweet girl a full detail. They showed me every scratch and blemish. In fact, they pointed out to me a chip at the very top of the windshield that I did not notice when I bought it so I reached out to the dealership I bought it from and they said they were going to fill in the crack for me and to come into the dealership anytime. I wouldn't have seen it without these guys. I tipped them well and then the owner messaged me and sent me the invoice and I paid immediately. At one point I was the only customer there so they shouldn't have felt rushed but I will not be back in the future after seeing just how many areas were missed on my truck. Examples are the edges of windows. Base of the truck and wheel wells were you could tell they rushed and missed getting every part of the vehicle. If I paid less I would be back but for 60 bucks I at least expect there to be no dirt on the outside of my truck.

From the initial messaging thru yelp about their services and pricing - not only were they responsive in responding back but almost mindful and giving you some grace when the scheduled time moves last minute. The materials they used, the workmanship, and the attention to the smallest detail is second-to-none that it's no wonder car people go to their shop for ppf/tint/detail work. Allen will work around your budget as well and understands the investment that a customer puts in to their vehicle. He treats you more than a customer - but rather a friend that you once had a few drinks with. Still, these guys outdid me with kindness and care. I had my car ceramic coated and their reviews were great but i also look for the small things like how they treat your before, during, and after your experience. Firstly, they're nice but in a REAL way. Not a fake, trying to sell you something way. You can tell that guys are real because i talked with them a good amount of time and we were there just talking about our families and life experiences. Somehow all this while hustling and getting work done in a beautifully clean shop. These guys are PASSIONATE and it shows. I always want to know the people I'm around are smarter than me and really into their craft. Well these guy's are artists and i felt like i was invited into their world of elite car design and maintenance. They completed my car in 2 days and then booked an appointment to return so they could walk me through my first wash. They spent an hour with me, showing me how and where to buy the products. This was all free and they even put a secret candy bag in my passenger seat for me to snack on for the drive home haha. I'm going back for my ceramic tint and i know it'll just feel like catching up with friends and family. I love you guys!

I have been communicating through Yelp messages with the owner "Christian". He confirmed an appointment with me for today, Sunday, September 18, 2022 for a full detail at 9:30 am. I messaged him two days before to ask what kind of payment they accept, he told me, I assumed that he was still coming. 9:42am rolls around.... No one shows up. 9:45.... Nothing. 10:12am....... Still no one. I give up expecting anyone to show up. I tried texting him on the number listed on his website, no response. I called it, went to voicemail but the voicemail was not set up so I could not leave a voice message. I read that this was a new business, I'm Not sure how old this gentleman is but The way I was treated today was so disappointing and disheartening. I was honestly looking forward to giving this person my business and if he did a quality job, I would have rebooked. I arranged my day around the appointment time he gave me. I also went and got extra cash to give him a good tip as well. I just don't understand why an appointment was confirmed but then no one showed up. Please learn from your mistakes, treat your customers better, be a more decent person or you will not succeed.

I took my car to get a quote at a local shop and they quoted something astronomical. It was so stupid that I don't even want to repeat the number. Anyway, I reached out on yelp and talked to 10-15 different dent repair businesses. The lack of professionalism from most was off putting. Rich was the most professional and straightforward. He came to my house and we confirmed my quote. He was able to finish reattaching the molding, removing some dents, and buffing both doors in just 2 hours. The convenience of him coming to my house was worth it in itself. The level of professionalism, price, and punctuality was all right - Rich is a cut above the rest, no wonder he has all 5 stars!
