After 7 weeks into therapy I can honestly say overall I 'am not impressed with this facility. I…read morewould have expected top quality therapists working under the esteemed Watson Clinic name. There are a few there that do a really good job, but most spend their time conversing with one another about their personal business and barely realize that you as a patient are their seeking assistance. In particular I was under the care of Ashley England. After several sessions with Ashley I had to file a complaint with the patient advocate department. This isn't something I would normally do, but my last session with her put me over the edge. She talks non-stop with her co-workers distracting them as well from their patients. I continuously had to ask her for instructions for my exercises and how many reps needed. She was too busy talking about Disney and even left to go search on her phone how much a hamburger costs there! Totally unprofessional. The last straw was when I left the session walked back in to ask for the name of the manager in that department and I caught her talking about me with her co-workers in FRONT of the other patients there. This is totally unacceptable and if Watson Clinic allows this kind of behavior with their employees their reputation will begin to falter.

I can say I have never gotten on the return flight to Ft Worth, Tx feeling anywhere close to 100%. I was on day 3 of the trip and running low on energy and felt like I needed to lay in bed for a day, However I could not do that because it was Cowboys vs Bucs game-day and we had tickets. Anna had told me about one of her I.V. Packages called "Hair of the dog" and if there was a day for it then this was the day. I contacted her and she was very informative of what was in this package and how each supplement would help me out. She got her medical supplies together and went to work. After the treatment was complete it took about 45 minutes to kick in and I was a brand new man. I had great energy and a clear head and was definitely ready for the game. We got to the tailgate and it was go time. So sorry Bucs fans but the Cowboys dominated that night so the party continued for me late into the night. We got back to the house and myself and one of my friends stayed up till 4am kicking back more beverages. I woke up the next morning and was still good 2 go. My return flight was in the early afternoon that day and I felt like a million bucks. Even knocked back a few at the F terminal bar. The hair of the dog treatment will be on my mid week St. Pete calendar for every future trip. Stay salty and stay hydrated. Cheers till next time!
