They couldn't figure it out and eventually gave up, telling me they didn't stock the part and that I should try ordering it online. I then found Benchmark Pool Supply online and went to their store at 3017 W. Bullard Ave in Fresno. The sales rep immediately identified the part, but they didn't have it in stock. Instead of sending me away, he called Bryan at their other store at 811 Barstow in Clovis. They FaceTimed and discussed the issue, and Bryan confirmed he had the complete valve assembly at a very reasonable price. I had my pool equipment fixed within 5 minutes. It really makes a tremendous difference who you work with--saving time, money, and gas. You can go to a store with inexperienced employees who don't seem to care, or you can work with knowledgeable, caring individuals like the staff at Benchmark Pool Supply. Attached is a picture of how our pool looked BEFORE their service. Next follows AFTER we took on their service. You can clearly see they did not maintain our pool well and did not provide us with any communication whatsoever. On top of that, they still want to charge us FULL price for their service even though, clearly they did not fulfill their duties. Our pool is now green and developing black algae. We had to hire someone else for this diagnosis because we have 2 children under the age of 4 who cannot enjoy a swim during this heat we have been having in the Central Valley. Their pool technician goes out every week to service the pool, how can our pool be turning green and how can they fail to communicate with us about why this may be happening? There seems to be no form of customer value or satisfaction within their company. I wish we could resolve this issue, but they did not bother to ask us why we no longer wanted their services, they were quick to collect a payment from us, rather than showing us that they care about having us as their customers. He repaired a massage chair that had been broken for many years and had seen many chair repair specialists. The last specialist said that he wasn't going to start a business manufacturing parts for old panasonic chairs. Mike was able to fashion a workable part that is no longer produced by Panasonic. I'd recommend him, but if I do the next time I call him I'll have a long wait. His business is new and he came out the morning I called. He is going to be very successful and very busy. His charge for an estimate was ridiculously low 35$ and subtracted from any work cost.

There is no circuit board, which you need to old one to match the wiring diagram and model, I have no board at all, but he guarantees his service... STAY AWAY...
