Tony responded first thing Monday and said he could come by at 11 Tuesday. (Yeah, it's April in central CA. I'm sure he was swamped...) He was at my door at 11:02. He confirmed that my pump needed replacing, and raised some other concerns about the system. By 2 pm that same day I had a new high end pump installed, my pool serviced, and several other longstanding issues addressed. And it didn't break the bank. In a half-dozen text messages and photos after the installation he taught me more about my system than I had ever learned from my prior service provider. These guys did an amazing job for a good price…read more We requested a pool tile cleaning because there was about three years of chemical buildup on our tiles. I reached out by text and sent photos of the whole pool (for size) and then a closeup of the tile (to show the amount of buildup). Cody replied to me right away and quoted a fair price and was able to set up a time within a couple weeks. On the morning the work was scheduled, Cody and his colleague (I'm forgetting his name -- but also a super nice guy) arrived exactly when they said they would, and did all the work within two hours, which included draining the pool a few inches to access the tile, blasting off the buildup with salt, and cleaning up after -- and also leaving the pool water running so it would fill up again. Last time we had a pool tile cleaning (at our former house) we had a different company that used glass beads and they didn't clean up nearly as well as these guys did. Apex did not leave any mess at all. They did an absolutely beautiful job. My husband and I both were like "wow it actually looks better than we remembered it new!" So this was a perfect experience and we give Apex our absolute highest possible recommendation! Check out the before and after photos to see what great work they did.
