Her studio is spacious, inviting, and well decorated. On the far wall, she's got numerous types of snacks and beverages, as well as a stocked ladies room, to include feminine necessities. The attention to detail from front door to the bathroom quietly exemplifies Melissa's dedication to perfection, and a great experience. Her technique and knowledge is impressive. She explains everything in a professional, but light way, as if you're speaking to a sister or friend. She is sanitary, informative, and takes into consideration her clients opinions, making for a custom result. She also thoroughly explains aftercare, and provides the necessary items to ensure the best healing (and she throws in a couple unnecessary items to show her clients some love: wine, mint, etc!). He is extremely thorough and communicated every step, making sure I understood everything about the process. My nose has been an insecurity of mine since I was a little girl, but never was fully committed to rhinoplasty. Dr. Butler and Rachel seriously changed my life and boosted my confidence!! I paid a substantial amount for an under-eye treatment at the Skin Care Center. Before the…read moreprocedure, I was informed that Ariessence Pure PDGF + was not FDA - approved. I specifically asked about its safety and was told it was considered better and safer than other fillers and would last longer. After experiencing complications and doing my own research, I no longer feel comfortable with what I was told about its safety. The product was injected under my eyes, and I developed significant swelling and other complications. I continue to have noticeable bags under my eyes and have been told they may be permanent. The facility would not refund me for the treatment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this treatment at this facility.
