The clinic is located on the backside of the building and has two flights of stairs. I didn't see any elevators for my mobility challenged friends. The clinic is cute, chic, and spacious. Racheal is a skin pharmacist. She's a massage therapist, what's the word...aesthetician. I went in wanting a hydro facial, but basically said, "look at my skin and give me what I need." She really tailored my treatment, letting me know what she was doing and why at each step. I appreciate that. I get the sense that if you know exactly what you want, she can do that, too. Clinic seems appropriate over spa. It's not just a vain beauty frill, she also treated and took care of my skin. Myskin was vibrant and well hydrated, like the pandemic never happened...alas. I've worked with Terri for this past year and I plan to continue treatment because it's one of the best things I can do to support my body and reconnect with my inner healing. I'm allowed to relax, recharge and come away with a renewed sense of who I am as well as reconnect with my body. I've had migraines for years and working with Terri and the continued work I have at home, I've been fortunate to not have one migraine all year! Terri also is gifted to support work with animals where I have been fortunate to have her support my elderly dog. I was able to hear feedback and work with the information she gave me which has both improved my dog's quality of life and quantity. I recommend working with Terri if you need support in body work and energy work. Whatever ailment you may have, try to work with Terri at least three times and see if you feel better, are able to reconnect with your body and personal goals. I am recovering from cystic acne which caused scarring and textured skin. What the HALO treatment did was remove a layer and heal skin from the inside out. It took 7 days for my skin to fully recover, but well worth it. We did go a bit aggressive than usual to treat the deeper layers of the scars. My skin is MUCH more smooth now, pore size less, and scarring is more than half gone. I do plan to come back and do another one. I use ZO Skin products and ELTA MD, which I highly recommend. Natalie is hands-down the best injector I have ever seen. I found her about a year ago when I needed undereye filler dissolved from another injector. I could tell immediately how knowledgeable she was about injecting, so I had her start doing all my filler, and she also did microneedling. She is the absolute best. She has a very artistic and detailed eye and understands facial balancing. And probably one of the BEST things about her that I truly appreciate is how honest she is. Recently, she could have easily taken my money and given me a bunch of things I asked for during an appointment, but instead, she assessed my face and gave me her honest opinion about not needing what I was asking for. (I will admit, sometimes I want everything. But I know Drs who will give me everything, which ends up making me overfilled.... hence why I met her in the first place, lol) I appreciate this kind of honesty more than words can express. I know that with Natalie, I will always get the truth, what's best for me, and a true artist's assessment, and that is exactly what I look for in an injector. Not to mention, she is extremely skilled, but that goes without saying. Her work is amazing. I think what makes her different is she truly loves what she does. You can see her own interest in it. That always makes a difference with injectors and anyone working with skin; you can tell when someone has a passion for the artistry and science behind something vs someone who just is in it to make money. I also appreciate that she will listen to exactly what I want or how I like something done (like my lips), and she will fulfill my requests when it is something that is needed, and she will do it exactly the way I like. This girl is just amazing. She just gets it. I am very happy I found her! If you want a down-to-earth, friendly, highly-skilled, non-bs medspa, this is the place to go. See what I said in the beginning about having too much to say? Its worth taking the time to say though, bc I know finding an injector to trust can be a struggle. Go to Natalie, you won't regret it!

READERS BEWARE: if you take pride in researching your next establishment, as I do, please note that Thrive clearly encourages false reviews and/or deletes honest frustration. After such a horrible interaction yesterday (despite many MANY reviews glowing about their 'stellar service'), I immediately revised my review and it was missing. But oh well, I'll continue to review and cross post. Customers rely on the honest feedback of others, and it's clear that Thrive's social media is 'over-managed' or 'manicured' with false reviews. SHAME. Here is my UPDATED review after such a disgraceful interaction: Left my review of Thrive Chiropractics at around 10 am, when I had my first break, on Yelp. My Yelp review was brief, but honest. Rather than CALL me first, the proprietor thought it was appropriate to save tail by replying via the YELP review first! Ugh! Full Story: I'm a full-time interpreter with chronic migraines. I've been searching for care for a while, and have done PLENTY of research. Thrive seemingly is liked by the community, so I called in need last Friday. As made clear by my message, I was in INCREDIBLE pain and did all the research, so asked for a same day appointment for the initial appointment, and the following Saturday for the first adjustment (since Thrive apparently refuses to do xrays & initial adjustment in the same appointment). The owner not only INCORRECTLY identified the requested date, then insinuated that I (like wtf?!) was lying because she was certain that her front of house (Taylor, apparently) HAD called me back on Friday. This shitty business decided to wait more than a week to contact me, and when they did, it was only to cover their own ass and rating. Disgusting. I've shared this business practice with my fellow asl interpreters, and have found another chiropractor who was INSANELY great (and saw me the SAME day, with XRays and Adjustments). Strongly recommend spending your dollars elsewhere.
