It was wonderful having someone there for my groom as well to make him feel just as important. They are both funny, engaging, and so sweet. This is the last message I sent to Amir I wish I could post my screen shots on how unprofessional…read more he handled the review I posted: In the Contract my husband's name is spelled correctly I can send you screen shots to prove it, I don't appreciate how you try to down play my father as being cheap but your quality of work represents you at the end of the day . There were two of you there taking photos which makes zero sense why alot was missed but I understand you want to protect your rep. I'm through going back and forth with you obviously you are more upset about my honest opinion on services you provided. As stated through the Contract and Video my husband's name was spelled CORRECTLY and there were 2 photographers at my wedding ceremony. Instead of being professional and fixing the issue(on the album) he emails me stating that my father is cheap and blantly LIED stating he was the only photographer there taking video and photos of the ceremony which is why a lot was missed. Last he stated that my review was not accurate because my husband's name was misspelled on the contract (another lie) I have the contract all receipts and emails to prove this man lied. He was more upset that I did not give him 5 stars but that would be me lying. As I stated I gave him a 4 because I was happy with what he captured but after those unprofessional emails he sent, I would not refer nor do business with Amir in the future and that's facts!

After sending several messages trying to find a compromise, she stopped responding. The next week she contacted me again. I expressed that I wouldn't feel comfortable with her because of her inability to communicate with me in a timely manner and her communication was lacking in professionalism. Her response was that I was not her client and therefore she didn't feel the need to get back to me as quickly. I was very confused by this, as I would never commit to a photo shoot with a photographer who isn't able to respond to me in a timely manner. This was family photo shoot that many of us were traveling to the Dallas area for. Our dates weren't flexible and it was important to me to find someone who could ensure that it would be a smooth process. All in all I felt Lucy was unable to provide time with the level of service I expect. Furthermore, after ending our conversation, she continued to harass me through text message until I asked her to stop. If you are planning to book a photographer please look elsewhere! I am not sure if this if her normal work ethic, if I had done something to offend her, or if she was having a bad week. Regardless of the reason, her attitude was very off putting and her professionalism was lacking.
