The owners of Let Us Light Your World are committed to providing customers the highest quality products and services. I first met them several years and seventeen projects ago. I have bought beautiful shades for unusual hand thrown pottery lamps, for antique boudoir lamps, and have had quite a few antique pendant chandeliers and one Murano glass chandelier rewired for hanging. I've also purchased a beautiful lead crystal chandelier to be hung in a two story foyer. Adena has the eye to know what looks good; I trust her judgement, and I have never been disappointed. Tommy has the rare talent for taking old, worn out pieces apart, cleaning and/or repairing, and breathing new life into them with new wiring. Both owners treat you like family, making you feel comfortable, answering questions and providing details for repairs. They are extremely reasonably priced, and they stand behind their work. I can't imagine taking my business elsewhere. The store is stocked with a variety of lamps and shades in different styles and price ranges; they have everything you could possibly need. I will be a customer for life. I can always find space for another lamp!

The scope of work was unclear and I was overcharged for the work they did and charged for work that was not done and for parts that were not installed. Again, after having to call and send emails, I had threaten to lodge another complaint with the BBB to get them to send me the agreed upon refund. I had another electrical contractor come by to review their work and when I told him the situation, he told me who the contractor was without me saying anything.
