We communicated initially via email to set up our appointment and I could instantly feel the energy and excitement that she exudes. Apart from her warm and welcoming spirit, this woman knows her stuff. She is good!! Within 90 minutes, she managed to help answer questions and concerns I have battled for over a decade. I went in my session prepared to take notes but this never manifested because I was so caught up in the moment and everything she was saying. I hope one realizes that at some point we need a life coach. If you are reading this review, book Jasna now. It's an order! I promise no parts of yourself will regret it. This woman is amazing! My session was filled with tears and laughter but mostly insight. While I mostly read self-help books, it was a blessing to have someone personalize these teachings. Jasna asks all the right questions and ties up everything in a nice bow. Lastly, She is genuinely concerned about her clients and this is evident in her follow through after the session. (Are you still reading this? Why haven't you booked your appointment?!$)

It's easy to become absorbed in one's business especially when you love what you do and it's been a dream of yours for some time. After a couple of sessions with Jasna it was very clear that you are always in charge of your destiny - you just have to make choices sometimes (or drive yourself crazy trying to do it all) and more importantly, you have to trust that where ever you are on this journey is exactly where you should be. Since working with Jasna, I have created a life of more balance, joy, gratitude and have taken my business and personal life to the next level. We stay in touch via email and I feel so fortunate to have had the sessions and support from Jasna. She is an expert at helping you find the answers within you, identify limiting beliefs and helping you over come them. I highly recommend you commit to at least 1-3 months of sessions and go from there, you will be so glad you did.

I do not recommend this life coach. I found "Me only better coaching A.K.A. Minneapolis Life Coach"…read moreon Google, read the webpage and talked to her on the phone. I would find out that all this vetting wasn't enough. To cut to the chase - what ruined it all was her lack of clear communication and taking my time for granted. She required payment upfront (before the session), which is fine, except I could not find the paypal link she says she sent to me. She sent no email to alert me that the session was canceled, so I showed up and waited for her for 30 minutes! I called, left messages, and emailed - but I didn't hear back until days later. Her emails read as short tempered. She spent no time trying to correct the problem (she didn't "re-send" her paypal link). And showed little interest in scheduling with me. To give her a second chance I tried rescheduling for the next week, but when I told her that I'm working with other coaches she demanded that I choose one and to let her know if it was her. No thanks lady, thats not how you talk to clients. To summarize my experience: Minneapolis Life Coach - wasted my time - didn't communicate clearly - made unnecessary demands of me If I meet other life-coaches that act like this I will give up on the whole idea of life coaching.

I did a ton of research when l started looking for a personal trainer and interviewed several trainers in person. While they were all great in their own right, Lenora stood out among the rest. We are working through some postural issues I have and she is really great during every session making sure we are doing the right exercises to help strengthen and balance my body and changing something if it isn't working. She is also guiding me through training for a 1/2 marathon. I have never been a runner, but with her help, I am becoming one...at age 34! I have also lost weight, toned up, gained confidence, etc. I HIGHLY recommend Lenora of Holistic Personal Training. You will not be sorry!
