I originally came for my wrists and hands (pain and inflammation in joints, a serious, long-standing injury), but we sort of got interrupted by a spike in anxiety and switched to an anxiety treatment. First of all, he's very nice, experienced, scheduling is easy, you don't have to schedule far out and he's by far the most affordable in the area. I noticed modest improvement w my hands/wrists before interrupting it, but it's still very obvious he knows what he's doing. He also seems to expect quick progress, and tells me that if acupuncture doesn't begin helping more noticeably soon then we will try chiropracty. I feel confident he's treating me as quickly as possible and being honest about my disposition. I've done 2 anxiety treatments with FANTASTIC results. My anxiety dropped about 50% the first week. Dr. Salyard is great but they do not have appointment availability for children who prefer not to miss school with the latest appointment being at 3:40 when some children get out of school at 3:30. Plus, what about people and parents that work? They don't get a chance to be seen without missing work? The receptionist hung up on me because she couldn't hear me after answering the phone and saying one "hello" and was very short with me when I questioned the hours for school children.
