Very poor customer service. My partner picked up a top clearly marked 29.95. When at the counter scanned at 59.95. The manager refused to honor it stating she pay the full price or she would remove it from stock. She then accused other customers of removing tags and placing on othe garments. While waiting for resolution another customer had multiple items with the same issue and was told the same thing. The staff refused to help even giggling and make comments under their breath think we could not hear them. Customer support is no existant so staff feel they can get away with this behaviour. Will follow up with ACCC and chase down someone in ZARA Australia. read more
