You don't focus on being too warm, too cold, etc. You just ARE. You can float in silence or listen to soothing music. Apparently, you can bring your own, which might be better than listening to what they provde (as it gets repetitive). You will probably kink your neck and get salt water in your eyes the first time. You will be amazed at how bouyant you are and how strangely the time passes while you are in the pod. It feels like forever and no time at all. Be careful getting in and out! You don't have to be naked, but you probably should be. You don't have to close the pod door, but you probably should. It is not for everyone, mind you. You must be comfortable getting into a fairly tight space and floating in water for an hour. But if you have ever been curious about alternative therapies, meditation, or stress relief, please give Think Tank Flotation a try.
