We made an appointment for 11:00 on Saturday,…read morewalked in at 10:55 behind a gentleman, no one greeted us, we stood there for 10 minutes until someone walked to the front to check out, still no one greeted us. We all sat down, 20 more minutes goes by and another worker came up to check her persons out. She never greeted anyone and walked to the back. A couple came in and sat down. She came back up I told her the gentleman was before us then us then the other couple, she said we were probably with (co worker's name) and the couple who just walked in is with her. We waited yet another 30 minutes with no one even letting us no what's going on. Jackson's Hewitt is 2 doors down and even though the guy working was by himself and on a phone call he greeted us and set up an appointment for the next day with a smile. I don't see us ever going back to a place that cannot even say hello or let us know what's going on.
