Brandi, in particular, has been extremely helpful with her professional advice and time. We've had some pieces appraised for insurance purposes, some for the estate accounting, some resized or repaired. She's been upfront about the cost - what makes sense vs what would be over or underspending. She's also met or beat her stated deadlines. Additionally, I've appreciated her honesty about types of jewelry that are outside her area of expertise. Some of my pieces are more than 125 years old and/or very random vintage pieces! The jewelry in the store are fairly priced and are all just beautiful. The interactions I've observed with other customers during my visits make it clear that the personal touch of a local jeweler really does make all the difference in the world.
