The last deep clean (~$700 which left my home honestly less clean than before which is unreal) actually left more laundry than before and they actually pilled up dishes in my sink more than before. Horrible service and I cannot believe the ranking they have here. Attached are photos of their 'after service' with rotting food in dishes left along with dishes pilled up in the sink after a 'crew' and a deep clean. If I could give a zero star I would as they are horrible

Erika and her team at CSC have been cleaning our home for just about a year now. We have been very…read morehappy with their service. Whenever we've had an issue, Erika is fast to respond and offer a solution. I feel comfortable with the crew in my home while I am gone, they have always been respectful and professional. I feel even more confident knowing they are nationally background checking, they are insured, and certify/ train each employee. Fan of their natural cleaning products and love the smell of our home when we come back after a cleaning service. As a working mom of two boys, their services have allowed me to focus on family and other priorities, and not stressing when or how I am going to have time to clean my house - serious lifesavers! They always go above in their cleaning, my kids love running home to see how their stuffed animals have been arranged each time. I have recommended CSC to friends and family! Not to mentioned local & women owned!

Cleaning Solutions was my housekeeping company for one year. The cleaning person that I worked with…read moredid an excellent job. Unfortunately there was no consistency. Things changed every week. I never knew when they were coming, sometimes they would bring strangers into my home for training purposes and expect me to pay full rate for someone with no experience. One time I had a new cleaner who did not know how to change bedsheets. Communication and customer service was poor. They raised my rate by $25.00 in the first 10 months. They constantly had staffing problems. Do not recommend. If you are looking for consistency, communication and transparency keep looking!

Mary's Cleaning Service cleaned my home for a little under 6 months. During that time, the quality…read moreof their work slowly declined. They are paid to complete the job rather than per hour, so they began rushing the job cutting their cleaning time from 3 hours to 1.5 hours. The last time they came to my home, I noticed they missed a number of things - it was as if they had only done half the job. The trash wasn't taken out, the sink wasn't cleaned, they didn't vacuum the rug, and the bathroom was clearly rushed as all the corners of the floor had dust and the toilet was not cleaned. I sent Mary a professional text asking if there was a way we could remedy the situation. She replied with a very confrontational message that they are going to occasionally miss things, and that I'm welcome to find someone else if that doesn't work for me. I didn't know what to say in reply so I didn't reply, and she NEVER CAME BACK TO MY HOME! They also never showed up when they said they were going to. If she said she would be here around 1:30, she would show up at 12:00 or 12:30 which made it really hard to plan for. After she sent that text message, she completely skipped our next appointment, and now it's been a few months and I haven't seen her since. I'm completely shocked by this lack of customer service and the poor quality of their work in the end.
