This gem of a studio was packed with yogis, yet it felt so calm and serene as we moved through poses. I attended a restorative Hatha class that had me stretching muscles, breathing full deep breaths and resetting my entire being for a perfect Sunday evening. read more

Moving to San Diego for grad school, I was on the lookout for a studio that not only offered solid stretch sessions but also captured the comforting atmosphere I grew to love in Shiva Rea's videos, which my dad used to introduce me to yoga. Thankfully, I found the perfect spot near the peaceful Ocean Beach. Nikki warmly welcomed me during my first class with her, instantly making me feel part of a welcoming community. Everyone here shares a passion for breathwork & meditation, which has been relieving my anxiety in every session. While their vinyasa classes are my personal favorite, each session is uniquely special, and I highly recommend them. read more

I absolutely love this studio! I have done both indoor and outdoor sessions, and and both the receptionist and instructor Allison have made me feel welcomed and given great instruction and guidance every time. The culture here is phenomenal; it seems like everyone here who attends is also warm and inviting. The shifts in mindset and the physical benefits and improvements speak for themselves. I cannot recommend it enough. read more

Nikki and the crew at Reunify have created an awesome little space in Ocean Beach. High quality instructors and an excellent vibe!

I was only here for a short weekend to decompress and celebrate my growth. I was excited to see that my hostel was near a small studio with a sat afternoon class. As an intermediate but currently infrequent yogi, this class was perfect. I could not have come up with a better flow that felt like both exercise and relaxation. This "donation based" class should be charged. Nati was fantastic and the perspective I gained was invaluable. Endless gratitude. read more

I love this studio space, the vibes are welcoming and ego free (that can be so hard to find in yoga)! The classes are a wonderful mix of breath and movement. I find the flows to be challenging and energizing, but there is always space for me to slow it down when needed. I also really love the clean and airy feel to the studio. The paint color and plants really set the tone for the studio to be calming and grounding. Easily my favorite yoga studio in our little beach town of OB :) read more

The reunify studio in OB is a true gem in the neighborhood. The owner Nikki is one of the most radiant, genuine souls I've ever met and it brings me such great joy to spread the word about her new studio! Her classes are both inspiring and challenging on so many levels. I always leave feeling fulfilled and like I learned more about myself. One of the best parts of Nikki's classes are the stories at the beginning that set the tone each time. The instructors have their own authentic style and practice, which offers a nice variety. The space itself is beautiful and clearly designed with intention behind it which you can feel as soon as you enter. In addition to the studio and instructors spreading good vibes, it's the community of people they have attracted that make this space extra special. I honestly look forward to sharing an hour of my day with everyone there each time I go. Highly recommended for everyone. Classes are intimate so you're invited to go deeper if it's in your practice or get some extra guidance if needed :) read more

LOVE this studio! It's absolutely gorgeous with a lot of light, plants, and really soothing color scheme. Niki, the owner, is an amazing yoga instructor. She starts most classes with some cool breath work and I love her opening insights to set attention. Her classes always feel new even if you went to 3 in the same day you would get something different. I think that's my favorite thing because other studios I've gone to in the past have felt monotonous doing the same thing day in and day out. She's also creating a great community there offering workshops and a free community meditation on Sundays. read more

ReUnify Yoga is an amazing sanctuary that I am so stoked to have in my neighborhood! I haven't practiced yoga regularly in about 6 years or so and needed it back in my life desperately. Nikki that owns and teaches at the studio is a bright ray of sunshine as well as an inspiring and motivating teacher, I don't think I've ever smiled and sweated as much as I did taking that first class back. The other teachers I have met and taken classes from are just as amazing and talented all w different styles and flows. This place is always full of good vibes, and the people I have met at all the classes are the best! All in all this place is super legit and I'm excited for this yoga journey I'm embarking on! read more

This building has had a lot of lives over the past few years- it did well as TriPower Yoga but then struggled a bit as Sunrise Sunset Studio, so it is such a joy to see reUnify bring the magic back to this precious little space. I have taken 3 classes with 3 teachers since I joined 3 days ago, and I loved every one. I love all the plants and candles, I love the energy that swirls around in that cozy, intimate room, and I love the sense of community I feel the second I walk in the door. This place represents everything that I love about living in OB, and I'm so grateful to Nikki for putting so much soul into this space, and giving it such a beautiful new life! read more

Soooo, when it comes to showing up for yourself and being authentic, I think that it is equally important that those who guide you do the same. If that is what you are looking for, then this is the place for you. Whatever it is you want to get out of your practice, I promise you that you will get that...and much, much more. They offer Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin classes along with different types of workshops. Hatha is definitely my jam and let me tell you, it's gooood. Besides just movement, there is a lot of opportunity for many different types of breathwork. If you haven't gotten into that, I suggest you do. It's life changing. Right now they offer 4 classes a day. 2 in the morning and 2 at night. And quite honestly, it doesn't matter which one you take because every teacher in this place is amazing. SERIOUSLY!! So, if you want to step your practice up, know you will be challenged in the safest of spaces here. If you are just stepping in, you are in the absolute best hands. There just isn't any ego here. read more

Wow, this is truly one of the most unique and homey love vibe feeling studios I have EVER been to. Not only is there a variety of vinyassa, hatha, and yin classes, breathwork and meditation is deeply rooted in their teachings. Ever since I started coming here I feel my body getting stronger but also deepening my meditation practices. I am a big fan of hands on adjustments, and there is always a fair share of those that are very supportive and exactly what my body needs. Nikki the owner is the sweetest girl in town and has truly cultivated such a welcoming and loving community. There is also so many different events happening each month including cacao ceremonies, live kirtan, breathwork workshops, and more!! And if this wasn't all epic and amazing, this studio donates a portion of its profits to different charities!! I truly feel everything this studio is doing and stands for is exactly what yoga is, UNION! Bringing everyone together and spreading love and peace. I highly recommend coming by and checking out a class. You won't be dissapointed. All the plants hanging from the ceiling will be there to greet you :) read more
